BeyondX is a structured work-release and reintegration programme operated in partnership with the Ghana Prisons Service. It places vetted, skill-matched workers from correctional facilities into verified short-term roles with responsible employers across Greater Accra.
Every worker completes skills certification and carries a digital work record tracked in real time. Every employer receives GPS-verified attendance logs and dedicated coordinator support.
Workers are certified across seven categories and matched to employer needs across Greater Accra.

All individuals listed on this platform are verified participants in Ghana's national reintegration programme. Prior to listing, each candidate has undergone background screening conducted in partnership with the Ghana Prisons Service.
Candidates have served their sentences in full and are legally recognised as having fulfilled their debt to society. Criminal history is disclosed transparently on each profile. Where an individual has been convicted of a more serious offence, their profile will carry a clearly visible ⚠️ Major Offense Tag.
