BeyondX is a structured work-release and reintegration programme operated in partnership with the Ghana Prisons Service. It places vetted, skill-matched workers from correctional facilities into verified short-term roles with responsible employers across Greater Accra.

Every worker completes skills certification and carries a digital work record tracked in real time. Every employer receives GPS-verified attendance logs and dedicated coordinator support.

Workers advance through Bronze, Silver, and Gold ranks. Higher ranks unlock higher-paying contracts. Every completed task and positive rating moves a worker forward.
In-App Payments
All payments are processed through the BeyondX platform. Every transaction is tracked. A 15% platform commission is deducted per transaction to sustain programme operations.
Offense Classification
Employer profiles show a clear offense classification. High-profile crimes carry a ⚠️ disclaimer. Lower offences are simply tagged as minor — full transparency without unnecessary stigma.
